Who We Are
Our History
Kings Introduction To Leadership Inc was founded in 2021 by a group of community members who recognized the need for a youth mentorship program in the urban communities of Philadelphia. The Kings are dedicated to helping youth learn life skills, maintain good mental health, maintain safe shelter, gain financial literacy training and more, Since inception, we have grown into a thriving community organization serving hundreds of youth each year in Philadelphia. Through our programs we intend to continue to serve the at risk youth of Philadelphia to help them thrive as young adults.

Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. From all communities across the Philadelphia area , we have a unit of committed mentors that wants to help where it matters the most to shape the world for A better tomorrow.
